Theme: "The Days of Wine and
Hoses!"
This Wednesday & Saturday we will
feature Hook and Ladder Wines from the Russian River Valley
in California. Donations collected at the tastings will go the City
of Marietta Fire Dept, and be used to buy smoke detectors for needy
families around Marietta.
The owner of Hook & Ladder winery
is Cecil Deloach ,he was a former firefighter for the city of San
Francisco for 16 years. Upon retirement in 1970 he and his wife
became involved in the wine business and now produce a line of
exceptional wines that we look forward to sharing with you.
The Fire Dept will bring out their
1947 Pirsh Ladder Truck and have it on display for the tastings.
