This Wednesday we will revisit one
of our best selling wines from last years Art of Wine Expo. Stefano
Riboli and his wife Maddelena have been involved in wine making
throughout Californias many wine regions since 1970.They now own and
operate over eight different wineries and we are happy to be able to
showcase their wines at our shop.

Theme: “BOTTLE SHOCK”
To boost his failing Parisian
wineshop,a snobbish Brit named Steve Spurrier, headed to Napa Valley
to prepare a tasting contest pitting his favorite French wines
against up-and- coming vintages from California. His hopes were to
increase his sales of French wines, once the results were in, there
was only one problem with his plan, the Napa Valley wines won!, and
the Judgement of Paris as it was later called, still have the French
with there berets in a wad!. This Saturday we will show the movie
Bottleshock on T.V. and sample some of the Napa Valley wines in the
movie. Namely,Chateau Montelena, Clos Du Val, Stags Leap Wine
Cellars and Freemark Abbey. Don't miss this special tasting.
