What A Pear-
Persimmon Creek Vineyards
In August of 200 Sonny and Maryann and found the perfect place for a
vineyard, a 101-acre estate nestled among Lake Burton and Raburn in
the Northeast Georgia mountains. They plant their grapes along the
banks of the rippling Persimmon Creek and let them grow in the
natural contour of the landscape. The cool mountain air and fertile
rocky soil provide ideal conditions for spectacular grapes.
Persimmon Creek Seyval Blanc 2005
Soft, yet well-balanced flavors of apricot, melon, orange blossoms
and light citrus were most readily reaped. Honey and peach flavors
linger long in this sweet and buttery wine with sprightly acidity.
Persimmon Creek Riesling 2005
Medium-bodied very slightly off-dry white wine; medium deep greenish
gold. Aromas of white summer blossoms (honeysuckle), white stone
fruit flavors. Fleshy fruit texture. Good acidity. Almost 10 percent
Viognier blended in.
Three Sisters Vineyards
Located eight miles northeast of the site of the first major US gold rush,
Dahlonega, the farm's name was inspired by the property's
spectacular view of Lumpkin County's Three Sisters Mountain.
Three Sisters Vineyards is proud to be "Dahlonega's First Family
Farm Winery."
FAT BOY RED -NEW RELEASE
Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery proudly announces the release of a
new wine called Fat Boy Red. The new release is a burly blend
of the American winegrape cynthiana-norton and a wee bit of cabernet
franc, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon. Fat Boy Red is aged in
toasted American oak and vinted slightly off dry for a kiss of
sweetness.
Blood Mountain Red
The Walasiyi Wine Company presents traditional southern style wines
that have been produced for hundreds of years in the Georgia
mountains. These are enjoyable "sweet & fruity" wines that connect
with the historical folkways of the GOLD RUSH era of the 1830s.
(Pronounced by the settlers as WALL-AH-SEE-AH) "Walasiyi" is a
Cherokee word which translated, means "place of many frogs."
Chestatee Rose A fun and fruity wine with a bit of wine
country sophistication. It is blended from eight different “Georgia
Grown” French-American & European winegrapes. We've found that most
Southern folks savor a sweeter wine to sip before or during a meal.
That is exactly what we had in mind when we created Chestatee Rosé.
Pair this with picnic meats, cheeses or just enjoy as a cocktail
“knee deep in June.” (non-vintage)

Tiger Mountain Vineyards
-Dr. John
Ezzard carefully selected the varieties of grapes suited to
the climate of the southern Blue Ridge Mountains. They installed a
divided trellis system which allows an abundance of sun and air to
move through the vines. Mineral-rich soils and well-drained slopes
the perfect terroir for impeccable fruit, the key to Tiger Mountain
Vineyards' exceptional wines.
Cabernet
Franc 2003
A soft, medium-bodied wine with deep fruit and oak vanillin flavors,
low tannins and a long pleasant finish. Cabernet Franc is a French
grape included in the blends of many wines throughout Europe. Has an
affinity for mushrooms.
Malbec 2003
TMV Malbec is inspired by the "black wine" of Cahors in southwest
France. The Cahors grapes, Malbec and Tannat, were favorites of

cassoulet.
Tannat 2004
Made from the French Tannat grape, this exceptional wine was
barrel-aged for 23 months to develop its multiple layers of dark
berry flavors and soft tannins. It is fashioned after Madiran wine
of Southwest France, where it is traditionally enjoyed with lamb and
beef.
